Guaranteed Letting Scheme
Offset the cost of your holiday home with our Guaranteed Letting Scheme. Caravans can earn up to £12,000 while lodges can earn up to £14,500. Your earnings depend on the size, location and condition of your holiday home, and for how many weeks you let it out.

Terms and Conditions
The letting service is unavailable at Beauport, Burghead, Oaklands, Newhaven, and West Mersea Holiday Parks. ^Guaranteed Lettings value will vary by park, lowest example values are based on a 2 bedroom at Dovercourt Holiday Park. Highest example values are based on a 3 bedroom Platinum Lodge at Pevensey Bay Holiday Park from April to Oct 2025. A minimum of 6 weeks letting during the letting season is required to avail of Guaranteed Letting Income. Guaranteed Letting Income cannot be used towards the minimum deposit for finance purchases but can be used as an additional deposit contribution.
